A Fresh Start — New Website for Rochester Wedding Photographer Rich Paprocki

It’s been a little while…

Hey friends — it’s been a minute since I posted here.

Not because I’ve been sitting still, but because I’ve been pouring a ton of energy into photographing weddings, portraits, and events around Rochester, Buffalo, and the Finger Lakes… and rebuilding something that’s been overdue for a refresh:

My brand new website is officially live.

Introducing the new Rich Paprocki Photography website

If you’ve been around for a while, you know I’m a little obsessive (in a good way) about the details — true-to-life color, off camera flash, sharp images, and clean editing.

This new site is built to reflect exactly that.

Over the past few seasons, I’ve refined not just my editing style, but the overall experience I deliver to couples getting married. The new site reflects that growth — cleaner presentation, stronger storytelling, and a clearer look at what full wedding day coverage really feels like.

Here’s what you’ll find:

  • A cleaner portfolio experience (so you can see full stories, not just highlights)
  • Clearer info on wedding collections + what it’s like to work together
  • More of my approach — editorial-feeling images that still look real and natural
  • A better home for recent work and updates (yes… I’m blogging again)

What hasn’t changed

My goal is still the same as it’s always been:

To create photographs that feel honest, look timeless, and hit you right in the chest when you come back to them years later.

Whether it’s a wedding day with unpredictable weather, a packed dance floor, a quiet portrait session, or an event with tricky lighting — I’m there for the real moments and the clean, flattering light (including those reception flash moments I love).

A quick note if you’re newly engaged

If you’re planning a wedding in or near Rochester, I’d love for you to take a look around the new site — especially:

What’s coming next on the blog

I’m keeping this simple and useful. Expect posts like:

  • Recent weddings + engagement sessions
  • Planning tips that actually matter (timelines, lighting, family photos, etc.)
  • Behind-the-scenes of off-camera flash + reception lighting
  • Portrait + branding sessions

Want to say hi?

If you’re planning a wedding, need updated portraits, or want coverage for an event — reach out anytime.

I’m booking weddings and sessions across Rochester, Buffalo, and the Finger Lakes, and I’d love to hear what you’re planning.
