For more than 15 years, I’ve helped couples feel comfortable in front of the camera. Their photos look and feel like them, not like they spent the entire day posing. I step back when a moment should unfold naturally and offer direction when it’s needed.
My editing stays true to your wedding day, with no heavy filters or presets. Born and raised in Rochester, I know the venues, the light, and the locations that make this area such a great place to photograph.
Every wedding is part documentary, part collaboration. At times, I step back and quietly observe as real moments unfold. At others, I take a more active role, using composition, timing, and off-camera flash to bring depth and drama to a scene without making it feel manufactured.
Honestly, some of my favorite photographs happen between the big moments: a nervous laugh before the first look, the dance floor getting a little wild a couple of hours in, or that deep breath once the ceremony is over. Those are often the images that bring you right back.

I’ve photographed hundreds of weddings over the past 15 years, so I know how quickly plans can change. Timelines run behind, weather shifts, and rooms are sometimes darker than expected. I adjust without making it one more thing you have to think about.
I know when to offer direction, when to step back, and where to look for the moments that could easily be missed. You shouldn’t have to manage your photographer. You should be able to trust that I’m paying attention and making the most of whatever the day brings.
