Great question, but no need to worry! From the start, your wedding photos are taken with a camera that has dual card slots, automatically backing them up to two cards. When the day ends, your photos are saved to multiple hard drives at 2 locations, in addition to being saved to the cloud. So if one were to fail, your photos can be retrieved from multiple sources. 

What's your plan for data backup?

Yes! Rich Paprocki Photography is a registered business based in Rochester, New York. I am fully insured and can produce a certificate of insurance for your venue.

Are you a legal Business, and are you insured?

I shoot professional-grade Canon camera bodies and lenses with back-ups. I use Godox lighting equipment, and love my MAGMODS!

What kind of Equipment do you use?

I guarantee your photos will be available for viewing for 2 years.

How long are our photos available online?

You will receive a teaser within a few days after your wedding! The full gallery will be available on your gallery website in 4-8 weeks. Here you will be able to share the gallery with friends and family, and download the photos in high resolution for your own printing needs.

How long does it take to receive our photos?

Absolutely! From your gallery, you are able to download your high resolution photos. You receive full print and online sharing rights with every package I offer.

Can we print our photos? What about Facebook/Instagram?

Creative! Yes that word gets throw around in photography a lot, but I have a unique style that mixes natural light and off-camera flash. Weather and light is unpredictable, so I am able to add artificial light when needed, to create scenes that you wouldn't think were possible! 

What is your photography style?
